I'm Leo Melo, also
known as leomeloxp.

I build web applications across the entire stack, with a strong focus on TypeScript, React, and Svelte. Whether it's crafting intuitive user interfaces or designing robust backend systems, I enjoy tackling challenges at every layer.

My day-to-day often involves Ruby on Rails paired with TypeScript and React, but I'm always exploring new technologies. Lately, I've been diving into Elixir and Golang, both of which have been a lot of fun to learn.

Beyond application development, I have hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps, including Docker, a little bit of Kubernetes, and GCP. I enjoy understanding how systems work end-to-end and finding ways to make them better.

I also enjoy leading and managing engineering teams. I believe in fostering collaboration, encouraging knowledge exchange, and creating an environment where both individuals and the business can grow together. I'm business minded and always thinking about how technical decisions align with broader business goals.
